Steven J. Snedeker
In his 26-year career, Steven has tried over 75 civil cases to jury. He has practiced on both sides of the aisle, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. Early in his career he was involved in the only successful lawsuit arising out of the acts of serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer. This diverse background provides a broad range of experience including product liability, premises liability, construction claims, commercial vehicle claims, commercial subrogation, automobile accidents and worker's compensation.
Steven received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) in 1989 and his Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School in 1992. Throughout his career he has applied his engineering expertise in all matters from simple auto accidents to commercial subrogation and complex product liability cases. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Wisconsin Defense Counsel, and Wisconsin Association of Worker's Compensation Attorneys. He has presented to various groups including The Paralegal Association of Wisconsin, Inc., American Reinsurance, and Wisconsin Defense Counsel.
